it has everything you need (fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, terrace, AC…) + professional, helpful and responsive manager + location is ideally located right next to Giens where there is a supermarket and restaurants, and not far from the beaches or kitesurfing schools + great value for money compared to the surrounding hotels that are more expensive and less modern/nice
